Like "It it illegal to sleep on top of a refrigerator outdoors" and "You cannot walk backwards eating peanuts in front of the Barnstormers Auditorium during a performance" and "People may not whistle underwater."
Somewhere I have a book of such things even because they always manage to make me shake my head. Who thinks up these things?
