Growing In Grace: The Star of Bethlehem

One of the things that always amazes me is how science very often leads back to the truth presented in the Bible.

Likewise, theologians, scholars, and historians alike can gather together to study things of huge proportion in the Bible. (One example is with Adam and Eve, but that is a whole different post, a whole different ballgame. )

In March I watched a film online, called The Star of Bethlehem, that put all these things together to present the concept that the date of Jesus' birth and death can be calculated based on historical records as well as astrology: stars set into motion from the very beginning of creation.

There is *a lot* that all goes into this and I myself am not even to begin to go into detail in this post...  save the fact that the stars in the sky blow my mind even more than ever before.

I don't know how to form it into proper words; I think that you all must watch the video, below, because it really presents these things well ... No matter your relationship with God, your faith; you *need* to watch:

Note: I played this at 1.5 speed taking it down to under 45 minutes; If that is easier for you, click the button here to access that feature (then the gear on the video itself)

Still too long? Then watch the last say, 15 minutes (or 10 at 1.5X) and then bookmark the post for later :)

Fascinating and VERY lengthy, but a ton of food for thought! Thanks for linking up this week at M2M!

No problem, Wynter. It is a very long production, but worth it nonetheless :)
