Debates are so much fun. If I had a way to join a team, I just might.

Who is up to watch a debate today?

I hope you are looking forward to this because I have for you a good one.

Be sure to watch the whole way and comment about what you find lacking. Yes, you.

I dare you :)

*Hey there. I realize you are freaking out that this is really long and you dont have the time, but try playing it at 2x the speed. You may have to activate the HTML5 player, and then its just clicking the gear at the bottom right of the video and adjusting the speed. This video is so educational and whether you are saint, skeptic, or whatever else, it totally will be worth your time.

Why a debate?

Well let me start in the beginning. People are pretty casual with God, with Satan, with all this spiritual stuff. I want to argue thats a problem, yeah?

For example, a
long with safety risks, Halloween allows opportunity to engage in so called "harmless" festivities that either embrace or water down the reality of powers of darkness. I question that horrific communications with the dead (or maybe even sacrifices to Satan) honor God. Meanwhile, while going door to door for candy might not celebrate evil directly, it does allow for a casual attitude towards evil and spirituality. I feel this is dangerous because we must recognize Satan as very real and not simply an entertaining holiday character thrown in with a blue haired zombie and a five year old witch or two.

Just as people water down what is dark, the same exists that I have been finding that people have misconceptions toward God. While some seek answers, many are "willingly ignorant," as the Bible says*. This debate should expose ignorance and clarify some of these misconceptions. It focuses on Creation and walks through why it is scientific and reasonable.

*2 Peter 3.
