![]() When I was little, April Fools Pranking was just a simple job of the first one up putting a rubber band on the sink-sprayer in the kitchen, but how about a few more ideas to make things a little more interesting tomorrow? Comment with your own ideas/plans, your fav, etc!

![]() #1: I have PacMan on my graphing calc. See over in the image? Isnt that cool? #2: I'm guessing you arent in the same boat. #3: The story isnt over; Over on my website side, I have a list of games (including PacMan) with just about something for everyone. I dont think you've all seen it, so here you go: (I'm trying to embed the page below, but seem to be having technical issues, so head here if you see a rather large hole below or some other malfunction.... ) One quick thing, also, before you move on and silly as its going to sound: My mp3 player doesn't have a speaker, so to save me a bit of research, which ones can y'all recommend? (My goal is portable and rechargeable and relatively small and with good bass/overall quality, but it seems like an awful lot to ask for, so let me just put it out there that all/any comments are always appreciated) ![]()

Things that I’d appreciate:
![]() A lot of people complain about how bad television is these days. No matter what you think overall, I think that its easy to see that there is very little of it that is wholesome. Same can go for video games, which is what I want to focus on in this post. Specifically the violence. In fact, I was just talking the other day to someone that was certain that these "games" are not entertainment, but murder simulators, as used by the military to roughen up soldiers, as well as the police field for those of there kind. It adds up that we will consequently get mass murderers, as well as aggressive children, if you'll let me say so: The video games made today have rather realistic images, which can cause confusion. One article that I was looking at said that "a major concern street-level officers have — one that’s become more tangible just in the last few years — is that young people are going to emulate what they do in these games". The source I had found claimed that about a decade ago, this technology was already a $10 billion dollar industry. With even this amount of development, you can play these days in whatever setting you like, implementing them without guilt; One teens story was that "his “auditory hallucinations” worsened and eventually tricked him into shooting into speeding highway traffic". He only killed one, though that "only" doesnt belong at all. After all, one of the Ten Commandments, from Exodus 20:13: "Thou shalt not kill". Going slightly off topic, I'll leave y'all with these to ponder and discuss on the comments, if you'd like:
![]() For me, today was one of those "wonderful" days in which it seems that every little thing has gone a little more haywire than usual.... thats why, (yes, everyone still has a pulse and is okay) my topic is funerals. Dead Serious. Oh, the winner of my giveaway is Evelyn (d*d*l*n*b*o*@gmail.com). I do want to thank the rest of you that entered. Within a little bit, I'll try to host another; I'm thinking possibly associating with ChatAbout this time, or perhaps BingRewards, other websites we use. (Yes, those are referral links.) |
